Wood Photo Puzzles
These wood puzzles are UV printed and laser cut to custom sizes by request from the customer. Any size, puzzle piece count and material can be made to order.
Custom Flat Pack Wishing Well
This custom item was designed in house on request for use in the Aged Care Industry. The client requested an activity that could be used help to engage a wider range of residents to include building something without having to buy extra tools. This allowed a feeling of achievement and pride in their own work or bonding as a group activity.
Replacement industrial mincer locknut
After many years of use and on site repairs this cast-iron locknut was due for replacement. We machined a replacement from 8" steel billet for the customer and recut the ACME threads to match the original unit.
Custom Laser Engraving on Card Holders
Custom Engraving on a batch of card holders we manufactured for a customer.
Tractor Deck Spindle Repair
With no off the shelf part available this repair was carried out replacing the spindle, re-bushing the wheel and adding a grease nipple to extend the service life of these parts.
